The North Wind and the Sun are inseparable.
Where there is good sunshine there are good breezes.

The idea of this program is to create a city with pleasant breezes.
It should be a city where moderate breezes blow in summer and none blow in winter.

In the diagram, the depth of color indicates the strength of the wind, and the red areas denote areas of "moderate" winds.
In other words, the greater the red area the more optimal the winds for the city.

The movements of wind when it strikes obstacles were given coefficients divided vertically and horizontally.
These coefficients are not accurate according to the rules of fluid dynamics, but accuracy is not a priority here.

The purpose here is to see what can be achieved given those settings.
We evolved the optimal city for wind using the "Generated City Blocks" program and the "Sun-God City 2" program as the base.
